I am giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and appearance. I deducted 3 stars for rudeness and service. The stay was ok but the staff is rude. The staffs lack in communication between themselves. Our dinner was included in our pakage and we confirmed it before ordering yet while checkout they argued about its not included. NAIVEDYAM Restaurant staff is very rude too. We ordered dinner in room first and then icecream. They said that you cannot place multiple orders, we don't have time to serve multiple times, even if they are taking extra service charges from customer. There is no fridge in room(accepted) and expect us to order icecream with dinner and have it as what milkshake? We pay heavy amount for the services and yet they expect us to understand if service is not to the mark, and also argue on it.

I booked two deluxe ac rooms for my mother in law and her friends for 3 days. Rooms are nice , staff is polite ,nice. I booked for 2 extra beds , cancle the extra beds , I received refund. Complementary Breakfast is also good.

The rooms were okayish but the washrooms/bathrooms were super unclean. In addition, the hospitality was very much hostile and the staff wasn't responsive enough. Not happy with whatever they had to offer us.

The reception and the lobby have been refurbished. But this is a very old hotel. Once up on a time it was good like 30 years ago. The rooms are basic and the wash room was like my sons college hostel.I could not get any other hotel and this was available because it was expensive for what they provide .keep away. Owe had booked 2 rooms and there was a mouse in one of the rooms on the second floor.so you can imagine the cleanness. I would not stay here again

One of the worst service hotel. Lodge parking not maintaining. My car got damage due to improper parking of KSTDC car (Karnataka tourism department). He parked in wrong position and very close behind my car where I could not move my car. I wanted to leave lodge at 4am morning but couldn't take my car at my time. From 3:45am morning to till 5:15am hotel staffs couldn't find car driver. And later pulled car little back and somehow took my car out . My car got damaged due to irresponsible advice of security staff. Who will pay for my loss now.?? KSTDC or Hotel Priyadarshini? Please don't choose priyadarshini for stay.
